Prospect Row Central is the fourth phase of townhome-style living at The Enclaves, an off-campus student housing community in Tallahassee, Florida. It continues the townhome character established by Prospect Row East, West, and North, on a site shaped by its existing tree canopy.
The preservation of three giant live oaks establishes the parameters for the site layout. Fitted among the trees, the buildings front the street, with garden rooms between them for communal use. Exteriors are designed to maintain a cohesive palette with the adjacent Prospect Row developments, while colorful accents and Bahamian-shutter-inspired details give the buildings their unique character.

At each of the 16 units, a front porch opens into generous living areas. Premier end units feature screened porches for indoor-outdoor connection. Units offer five to six furnished bedroom suites, each with a private bath. Interior finishes are composed of warm neutrals and layered texture in golden-hour tones. Prospect Row Central offers an elevated approach to student living, set in the shade of the oaks.
