Coral Walk is a 249-unit multifamily community woven into the fabric of Tampa's NoHo district, directly adjacent to the University of Tampa. Four buildings claim a remediated brownfield site, 80 × 2,000 feet of formerly dormant land returned to life and reimagined as one of NoHo's most intentional residential addresses. Architecture, interiors, landscape, and branding work in concert to create a community where young professionals and students can put down roots and find each other.
The site's long, narrow footprint becomes the organizing idea. Buildings are arranged in sequence along the parcel, carving out a natural progression of parking, landscape, and shared amenity. A four-story amenity tower anchors the community at its heart, its pool deck and upper levels opening to sweeping views of downtown Tampa that carry across the full length of the site. Structured parking is quietly absorbed into the plan, keeping the ground plane open and the pedestrian experience uninterrupted. It is a community that knows where it is and makes the most of it.
